Solmaz has completed a great project, by refurbishing and internally reconfiguring the house. This project involves a high-specification refurbishment of the entire building, including a new interior layout for all floors, to create a more adaptable and modern atmosphere. Unique elements and details throughout the house exposed the new bespoke joinery and flooring. The result of this project involved enclosure of existing lightwell, reconfiguration of front lightwell and installation of a new spiral staircase on the existing walkway.
