The project was consisting of adding a lower ground floor infill with an extension, and a terraced roof above, including a new external stair down to the garden. Solmaz successful rebuilt and extended the upper floors of the back extension gutting the basement interior and constructing a new ground slab, partitions, linings, stair, fitting out with finishes and fixtures except for the kitchen. 

Also refurbishing the existing upper floors and installing three bathrooms. We also created a third floor, along with simple and lovely interior design and a staircase enclosure to meet building regulation requirements.
