This multi-award-winning development was completed in three phases: demolishment, excavation, and refurbishment. Solmaz achieved to complete and handover this project with a stunning finish. The works consist of structural, electrical, mechanical, front facade renovation, bespoke joinery, and decoration works. We believe the collaboration of both parties had worked well, and after the handover, the restaurant was chosen as the restaurant of the year.
