Dudley House Project based in 36-38 Southampton St, Covent Garden, London WC2E 7HF. We built 18 flats in Covent Garden to BREAAM very good rating standard substantially reducing the carbon footprint.
This was a design and build project, based in Covent garden, London. As principal contractor we were instructed to merge three separate office blocks into one building where we carried out structural works, refurbishment, added additional floors and created 18 apartments to a high specification. We have undertaken detail for eye works on the façade of the building including cleaning of bricks, repointing and painting. The project was completed with the agreed time-frame and within the given budget.
There was a 3% variation due to specification upgrade by the employer. We were dealing with legal and general pension fund, the freehold owner and with the main developer, including various stakeholders that were involved in this project. This project duration was 18 months. This accomplishment represents a harmonious blend of precision, creativity and quality, resulting in the transformation of Dudley House into a collection of distinguished and stylish residences.
