Dudley House Project based in 36-38 Southampton St, Covent Garden, London WC2E 7HF. We built 18 flats in Covent Garden to BREAAM very good rating standard substantially reducing the carbon footprint. 

This was a design and build project. As the principal contractor, we were instructed to merge three separate office blocks into one building. We carried out structural works, refurbishment, added additional floors, and created 18 apartments to a high specification. We also undertook detailed facade work, including cleaning bricks, repointing, and painting. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget.

We were dealing with various stakeholders that were involved in this project. The project duration was 18 months. This accomplishment represents a harmonious blend of precision, creativity and quality, resulting in the transformation of Dudley House into a collection of distinguished and stylish residences.
