The whole apartment was refurbished to a high specification within a short period of time. Solmaz was selected as the building contractor of this project, partly because of our experience in renovating buildings in prestigious West End locations.

Working in this Victorian apartment block in Marylebone was quite a challenge, due to the fact, the only access to the flat on the third floor had a narrow spiral staircase. Therefore, taking and removing materials in the building has difficult. However, we managed to create a wonderful and high-quality space with enough sunlight entering.
