This project consists of the refurbishment of the ground and mezzanine floors including partly demolishment, stripping out, electrical and mechanical works. Solmaz also included the final touches such as the balustrade all along the mezzanine floor, staircase, bespoke light fittings, and decoration. The joinery works achieved a very Mediterranean atmosphere in this beautiful Spanish restaurant.
