Thirteen years old courtyard development two storeys for living and work units located in London Fields was refurbished and redeveloped. Works extended the existing accommodation by two storeys to provide second-floor flexible studio spaces with rooftop terraces for nine terraces. The client was the estate tenant’s association, and some units required to shell and core fit-outs work. Each individual terrace had a bespoke and wonderful extension design.
