Montrose Avenue

This project consists of constructing a new extension and refurbishing the Victorian house. The basement excavation and the rear garden extension has doubled the size of the house and provided the client to have direct access from the front section into the living area and towards the garden.

As well as building the new basement and extensions, we installed the underfloor heating systems and constructed a new roof, which increased the usable space. We also refurbished the entire house and improved the landscape of the garden. Overall, through strategically placed roof lights and windows, the property has gained an enormous amount of space and natural light. The unique and detailed elements resulted in a spectacular finish.
