Old Street, London, E1W

The project at 54-56 Old Street involved the demolition, refurbishment, and renovation of two existing adjacent sites to combine, rationalise and extensively refurbished. Both the B1 and assumed A1 accommodation across the two sites on the basement, ground, and first floors, provided a new contemporary retail showroom and design studio. The project was successfully finished to a high standard, without any significant loss of existing net land use while adding four new flats above.

Each flat has been finished with a high-quality bespoke hand-built kitchen including all the integrated appliances. The floor to ceiling double glazed hardwood windows and solid wood flooring in the living and sleeping areas created a wonderful environment. Following this, each apartment is designed with one bedroom on the first-floor lateral apartment and a split level on the upper floors, incorporating with a duplex two-bedroom, spiral staircase, and roof terrace.
